We put you in touch with a highly specialized laboratory and, as a full member of the Guichet Unique de Valorisation (in charge of technology transfers),  we help you define a partnership tailored to your needs. Our expertise is based on hundreds of contracts and we guarantee that your agreement covers the following key items: 
- scientific and technical follow-up
- confidentiality clauses
- intellectual property rules and exploitation of results
- collaboration conditions (R&D, technology transfer)
- equipment or infrastructure usage rights
- access to specialized equipments and technological facilities

A private sector contract
The two parties to the research contract are Grenoble Institute of Technology and your organization. INPG Entreprise SA manages the contract and finance - on behalf of the Institute -  according to the private sector accounting principles.
